19. Anti-Arbitrage Policy
19.1 Prohibition of Arbitrage and Hedge Betting
MajuBaji strictly prohibits all forms of Arbitrage Betting, Hedge Betting, or placing bets on both possible outcomes of the same event, whether directly or indirectly, for the purpose of securing guaranteed profits or minimizing losses.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Placing bets on opposing outcomes within the same event or market.
• Using multiple accounts, whether owned by the same User or colluding with other Users, to place opposite bets.
• Utilizing automated betting bots, scripts, AI systems, or any software tools designed to identify and exploit market inefficiencies.
• Employing third-party arbitrage monitoring platforms, prediction algorithms, or odds comparison tools to engage in prohibited betting patterns.
19.2 Investigation and Monitoring
All betting activities on MajuBaji are continuously monitored and analyzed for suspicious patterns indicative of Arbitrage Betting or irregular play.
The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to investigate any User’s account activity without prior notice.
19.3 Penalties and Enforcement
In the event of a breach of this Anti-Arbitrage Policy, the Company reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions without prior warning:
• Immediate voiding of all affected bets.
• Forfeiture of winnings and removal of bonus funds.
• Permanent suspension or termination of the User’s account.
• Confiscation of all funds in the account deemed to be linked with prohibited activity.
• Reporting of fraudulent or suspicious activities to relevant regulatory authorities or enforcement bodies.
19.4 Final and Binding Decision
The Company’s decision regarding the interpretation, enforcement, and application of this Anti-Arbitrage Policy shall be final, conclusive, and binding. No appeals or negotiations will be entertained.
20. Miscellaneous
20.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
20.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
